Unable to install Bot Agent with credentials

Hi,
Could you please share the exact error message or a screenshot of the error you are receiving while installing the Bot Agent? This will help us understand the issue and suggest the appropriate solution.

The error indicates that the installer is unable to find the AutomationAnywhereBotAgent.msi file in the temporary folder. Please download a fresh Bot Agent installer from the Control Room and run the installation again as Administrator. If an older Bot Agent installation exists, uninstall it first and retry the installation.

You may need to uninstall bot agent first using any of the uninstall tool from microsoft, and then do a fresh installation of bot agent

Hi,

• Download the exact same version of the Automation Anywhere Bot Agent that is currently installed.
• Run the MSI.
• It should either:
  • Repair the installation, or
  • Allow you to uninstall it cleanly.
• After that, install the version you actually want.

I tried uninstall the existing bot agent but that is also not happening. I dont have admin right- that could be the reason. I will take help from admin and try. Thanks.
