Pathfinder Training Camp Details

Dates: July 20 to August 28, 2026

Format: 100% Virtual. 

• Every Monday, you'll receive a weekly game plan with exactly what you need to complete that week.
• Join optional office hours (day and time vary by region) for direct answers from our team. 
• Every Thursday, we go live on LinkedIn to share insights and answer questions from the chat. Can't make it live? Every session is recorded.

Training Camp Time Commitment:

• Certification Track: Approximately 18 hours of required training plus 6 hours of optional training
• Strategy to Action Track: Approximately 15 hours of guided training and exercises

Best fit: Organizations trying to solve complex challenges with AI should have both an automation program leader and a developer join to learn concurrently during the 6 weeks.

Do I need agentic automation experience to join?

No. This camp is built for teams with automation skills who want to build expertise in agentic process automation. The training starts with the foundations and builds from there. If you have limited automation experience, we recommend completing courses from the Automation Developer Career Quest prior to the start of Pathfinder Training Camp.

Can I take both tracks?

We suggest you pick one to start, but if you’re determined to do both, you can sign up for both. This Pathfinder Training Camp works best when your organization has both a developer and an automation program leader, and each one completes their own track.

How many people can join from my organization?

Bring as many as you like! There’s no limit. To get the most out of the camp, pair at least one developer with an automation leader so your team builds both the skills and the strategy.

How do I earn the AI Automation Engineer Certification for free?

Register for Certification Track and complete all required courses in the AI Automation Engineer Certification Training in Automation Anywhere University by August 28. If you’ve done both of these steps, you will receive a voucher to sit for the exam for free.

What happens after the training is complete?

Certification Track 

• If you complete required training courses by August 28, you will receive a free voucher for the AI Automation Engineer Certification. 
• The certification requires that you submit an end-to-end agentic build, and pass the exam. We will continue to host office hours for one month after the end of training camp to support you as you work toward the certification requirements.

Strategy to Action Track

• You will build the business case and document requirements for the use case you select.
• You’ll then submit the use case and documentation to receive your AI Automation Leader badge. If you submit the required documentation by September 28, 2026, you will receive expert feedback from the Pathfinder Team, and you and your developers will receive 90 days access to our full-featured enterprise Control Room to build your POC.

What happens if I fall behind in training?

Certification Track 

• You will have continued access to the training material. 
• You will only be eligible to receive the free voucher worth $250 for the AI Automation Engineer Certification if your training is complete by August 28, 2026. 

Strategy to Action Track

• You will have continued access to the guidance and toolkits. 
• If you do not submit your selected use case and the required documentation by September 28, 2026, you and your team will not be eligible to receive 90 days access to our full-featured enterprise Control Room.
