I have a bot that works when I run it on a local machine. When I access a virtual machine by remote desktop, it also works. The problem is when I try to run the bot at the virtual machine on the console. In this case, it doesn't execute the actions properly. For example, the browser doesn't open.

What should I do?

Hello @Patrick Matos ,

This is Dhwanit Parekh from Automation Anywhere Technical Support team.

My apologies but from the description, it is a bit unclear what you are trying to accomplish.

If you have developed a task bot and all you are doing is testing it by executing it in different modes, then, we would suggest you to first decide and finalize your use case, that how you want your bot to be executed - Attended (bot needs user inputs and someone has to babysit) or UnAttended (bot can execute itself independently without any intervention on a remote machine)

Find more information around these different modes of execution under below different articles.

Once you have finalized your use case, below articles should help you in understanding bot execution as a process itself properly and what different combinations are allowed if you wish to go for unattended mode of execution.

Hope this will help.
