Why does botrunner machine not run the tasks?

here is the issue;

Error message:

Unable to download the bot or the dependencies to the device This may be due to multiple reasons. To continue, please 1. Make sure that there are no errors with the dependencies 2. Make sure there is enough disk space on the device for the bot and all of the dependencies 3. Make sure proxy configuration is setup to allow this download URL from this device. Then, try to run the bot again.

 

it was working perfectly, but all of a sudden it stopped running, and gave that error

Okay, it is solved. When you log in the machine with a different username, it does give this error.

So be sure to log in machine with a right domain and username

    Okay, it is solved. When you log in the machine with a different username, it does give this error.

    So be sure to log in machine with a right domain and username
