Why can't I loop over email inbox?

it gives error even though there are mails in inbox.

I thought i had the authority to connect email host cause it gave error after connection.

But it uses connection information in the Loop action, so actually it has the connection problem.

I did not have pop3 and imap authority for the email server host.

When I asked for it, i was enable to connect and loop over emails
