We have a question about how we would move an SQL Database and their connection configurations to a new environment. Do you have any procedures regarding how this would be done?

Hello @Sam Wallace ,

This is Dhwanit Parekh from Automation Anywhere Technical Support Team.

1) To move your SQL database from one server to another, you would have to use its back/restore mechanism with help of your database team.

2) Once, SQL database is restored on destination server, then, based on the Automation ANywhere RPA application version, you can apply steps mentioned in one of the below article.

How to change the SQL server name or SQL Port without re-installation

Automation 360: How to change the SQL server name or SQL Port without re-installation

Both of these links are not loading for me. Windows 10 Chrome.

Not sure what's wrong. I double checked and validated that both articles are available for any user who is logged in to Apeople forum. (https://apeople.automationanywhere.com/)

I don't have an option to convert it to pdf.

I am attaching a screenshot of them respectively. See if that helps.

Clicking the screenshot will open the bigger image and will be readable.
