Unable to use Document Automation

Hi People,

I am new to Automation Anywhere, I am trying to process some documents using Document Automation.

Below is the error that I am getting:

EXTRACT FAILED - [Native] : 500 : DOCUMENT FAILED : Gateway connection error! site:community.automationanywhere.com

What I have done till now is, created a learning instance

Added some fields to extract data

Hi,

Try checking if the Automation Anywhere Document Automation Gateway is running check it in services if it's not running then restart it and also you can check if there are any blockers in your network, additionally check the URL and credentials, roles used in gateway config.

@adiijaiin  We are facing the same issue in the prod environment. Would like to know the resolution steps to fix this issue. Could you kindly let us know.

 

This issue has been discussed in below thread, but it was in dev environment so they can check-in and check-out process to fix it. But in my case its prod environment, no way of check-in and check-out.

Check if the certificates are installed correctly from the browser for the bot agent
Bot runner logs should indicate the same
