Hello!

I’m starting to test Document Automation, but I get this error message

 

EXTRACT_FAILED - Native] : 500 : DOCUMENT_FAILED : Gateway connection error! Check bot logs for more details on this error.

 

I’m looking the bot logs, but I’m not shure what to look in it.

 

Does anyone got this error and fix it?

Are you getting this error while running the Checked-in copy of your Process?

 

Also, what is your CR version?

Our control room has the Automation 360 build 29058

I’m doing a lab to test Document Automation in our enviorent, but since the 1st try I’m getting these messages.

 

I algo get the bot launcher logs and get some other messages like:

There is a known bug within the versions prior to v36. Please refer this thread and see if it will help or not.
