Unable to Register a New Device in Automation Anywhere – "Cannot Delete Device" & "File Not Found" Errors

Forum|alt.badge.img

I am facing an issue while trying to register a new device in Automation Anywhere. The platform only allows one registered device at a time, but when I attempt to delete the existing device, I get the following error message:

"Cannot delete device, as it is part of an active bot deployment. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator."

In the In Progress Activity section, I also see a bot named challengeRPA marked as pending execution, even though it has already been deleted. When I try to interact with it, I receive this error:

Error: File not found.
Code: repository.exception.file.notfound

Because of this, I am unable to delete the existing device or register a new one. Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Any guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Any suggestions or troubleshooting steps would be really helpful!
