Hello there,

We are using A360 Cloud and whenever we try to run a bot with queue (which previously was run without any issues) I encounter with the following message:

“Runas user(s) are not added to the consumer role”

Which is weird, as the roles that the bot runner has assigned are both part of queue consumer permissions and device pool ones as well…really annoying.

Cheers!

Solved. It seems that now even though my user has AAE_Admin role assigned I need to have assigned another custom role in which the bot runner must be added within the Run As tab. Weird

This also happened to us when we performed an upgrade of AA to Automation 360 build 23234 - we had to change our bot developer role and added all devices in the run as section
