Hi Everyone,

I am facing issue in open excel command in Excel advanced package. The bot opens the excel file and then it doesn't goes to the next step and it throws an error stating that “ An unknown error occurred while executing the open excel command”.

 

Tried Office 365 reinstallation and excel repair . Also tried downgrade and upgrade packages in A360 taskbot,nothing works.

 

Can anyone able to help me on this issue?

Some additional information will help us help you:

  • Is the spreadsheet on a local or network location? 
  • I know you uninstall/reinstalled office, how about the Bot Agent?
  • Have you attempted to install the Bot Agent on a different machine
    • If so, are you seeing the same behavior?
  • Does this happen only with this one spreadsheet, or any spreadsheet?
