Hi.

Our bot workstations all got their Office updates this week but since on Excel Version 2308; Automation Anywhere cannot open Excel. It immediately crashes on opening.

If I open Excel myself, it opens fine. Only from AutomationAnywhere is it failing to run with error:

Anyone else come across this or know of a resolution?

Currently our bots cannot run that use Excel.

Thanks for your reply. I had trying changing the package version to higher and lower without success.

Reinstalling Office with the same version did not work - however installing an older build version of Office has resulted in the bot working again. I have a case open with AA as it seems very specific to a build version of Office causing the issues.
