In the company we are developing a Bot that will run with multiple servers at the same time (Parallelism). Is it necessary to know if it is possible for the servers to be started by schedule only when an execution is not active?

Can you give more clarity on 2nd line?

It specifically refers that if I have 3 runner servers for the project but at the moment it is only running 1 and 3, that only 2 can be activated.

You can utilize a Workload management feature that will work on a pool of devices and it will assign automation based on their availability.
