I installed a bot agent, and tried to run a bot. Why does it say "device is not ready for deployment"?

It is my first time to use this machine, so its first time to install a bot agent on this machine.

botcreator’s status: Disconnected

Edit:this machine has been used for another controlroom

now i deleted the device for the old controlroom, and deleted the old bot agent, and installed a bot agent  to use this machine for the new controlroom

The url included “_” underscore, so it was  causing this issue.

we changed the url by referring to this article: https://apeople.automationanywhere.com/s/article/Device-status-showing-disconnect-in-A360

Now it connects.

Thanks

Hi @Semih 3318 ,

Try resetting the device through CR API call.
