I have not received my v11 Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional via Email

@Training and Certification​ Hi,

 

I have successfully completed my v11 professional certification last thursday. I am able to download verify the certificate in accredible site, however, I have not received in my email yet. Can someone please help me with details, if I need to do any further steps if I want it to be emailed

    to get the certificate and credential link on your registered email.
