I cannot click on these button.

Goodnight,

I've done everything to be able to "find" this button but I can't click on it: I tried Record , traditional, then Universal Record, but it was in vain. I know that somehow by inspecting the page I can find a way to click the button and would like some help on how. Thanks in advance.
