Question

I am able to successfully uploaded IQ Bot License. But I am not able to get 'Others' option inside the Document type.

downloadWe have only three types of document options that are given below:

You can see here we have "Invoices, Receipts, Utility Bills". In community versions we were getting 5types of Document(one of the options was others). I can't select invoice or receipts because that document format is different. You can see below:

    Could you please check the roles? that assigned to your user account.

     

    Select 'Create Learning Instance' to extract data from invoices

    If you need to train IQ Bot for other types of documents, please select the 'Train other documents' option

     

    Using the Train other documents you can able to select the Others Document Type

    I hope you have installed the IQ BOT separately. Is right?
