Extension not working in Edge. Was working previously. Unable to read browser from list. I verified that it works in Chrome.

​@mateoallimacse Unfortunately, we’ve exhausted typical troubleshooting. At this point, I would engage your IT department to check and verify that they don’t have a stray policy or application that is interfering with this extension.

The version in the registration is a different version than what is in my browser.

​@Aaron.Gleason When I reinstall the bot agent, The question about “Do you want to remove the control room registration?” If I've already connected this device before, do I select no? or select yes? 

I am wondering if I selected no and that is what is causing registration issues. 

​@mateoallimacse No, that doesn’t affect anything. It’s essentially the same thing as removing the device at the Control Room.

I was in the wrong registry editor. 

no extension folder on Local Machine.

The extension listed here is NOT the same version as what is on the extension in my edge browser. Version 3.5.1.0
