Error running bot in control room connected to On Prem installation

Hello,

 

I am connected to a system where with On prem installation. Why am I getting this error while running a bot on my system? Unable to download the bot or the dependencies to the device.

1. Login to Control Room portal using administrator account.
2. Update the Control Room Access URL from IP Address to Control room FQDN in the settings page (Control Rom > Administration > Settings > General)
3. Verify bot deployment again.

Hey! Go to the machine where you’re trying to run the bot, open CMD in “C:\Program Files\Automation Anywhere\Bot Agent” and run AADiagnosticUtility.exe -checkDownloadError <your_cr_url>

 

This will give you some quick insights
