' email - send ' action occur this error message

i have been run tasks, and there are lots of email package actions

 

when it runs 'email - send' action, it shows this message irregularly.

 

 

ERROR MESSAGE = java.net.UnknownHostException: hhh-1.my.automationanywhere.digital To continue, edit the bot and fix the error. Then, try again. If you continue to see this message, please contact your administrator

    @Jihad Chemaitelli​ Do you see the Device status as 'Connected' on the Control Room Device page? Please share more details on this issue such as screenshot, scenario etc
