Email Connect 'Authorise' issue in Production

Hi Team,

 

I’m facing an issue with Email connect command. I have used EWS Server , Exchange Server 2013 with Azure cloud and provided Global values EWS Client ID & EWS Tenant ID. These logic is successfully working in Dev and UAT environments (for both Dev and UAT, Outlook username & password are same and are getting from credential vault).

Production is using different set of credentials and when i run the same logic in Prod getting below error.

‘Error Message Unable to connect with EWS server. Please ensure to click on "Authorize" to authenticate and proceed.

 

EWS Client ID and Tenant ID are same across all the environments. I need quick support on this issue I'm facing, as this is affecting the business.
