Device is disconnected, how to connect it again?

I deleted device and botagent, and installed bot agent, and tried to connect the device but it says disconnected.

It was working before, somehow it showed up as disconnected, so ive been trying to connect it.

when i try to run a bot, it says “

UNKNOWN: Default devices of all runAsUsers provided should be connected as no pool is provided. Device(s): [rpa-03] are not active.”

the cause was proxy, i needed to adjust the proxy settings on internet explorer options-connections-lan settings.

yes, i did, it did not solve the issue
