Delete blank rows in excel

I have an excel sheet where there around 20 filled rows and rest of the rows are blank(Till the end of the sheet). I tried to delete the blank rows by using 'remove blank row' command but it is continuously loading since 15 mins and not getting executed so I stopped the task

Another approach is copy only the content to a new spreadsheet ignoring the blank spaces.
