BOT not working in Disconnect stage

HI All,

i have issue regarding bot is not able to run in disconnect stage.

when we have login on RDP session bot is able to write action to fill the username and credential on an application but when RDP machine is in disconnected stage and when bot triggered bot is not able to wirte action on to fill the username and password in application. which cause bot going to failed.

it was working fine before 2 days now only its suddenly stop working. ( RDP machine was only got disconnected by batch file only.)

Please help me if anyone faced same issue in past.

@tusharwadhane  Can you check any third party password reset plugin installed ?

I had the same issue when sailpoint password reset application plugin installed within VDI…

if you can send the list of programms installed in your vdi, i can suggest you which is causing issue.

Also this issue will occur when ctrl+alt+delete policy disable

@tusharwadhane  Can you check any third party password reset plugin installed ?

I had the same issue when sailpoint password reset application plugin installed within VDI…

if you can send the list of programms installed in your vdi, i can suggest you which is causing issue.
