Question

After an update, is it possible to update all packages to their latest level in all bots at once? Or must I edit all bots, select all packages and select to use the latest version?

Updates to packages by Automation Anywhere are available in each release of Automation 360. The latest updated package can be set to the default package by users and administrators with Manage package permission.

Hi @Stefan Koegeler ,

Ensure that you have Manage Packages mapped to the Role assigned to your User.

imageIf your role already has this permission, then you will see a tab called Packages under Manage on the sidebar as shown below:

Click on that and then click on the Package you wish to update and select the Version.

I've selected the DLL Package for this example:

I hope that solves your query?

Yes. And new bots use the new packages as they are set as default.

But all the existing bots use the old packages until you edit all of them and change all packages to use the latest version.

Hello @Stefan Koegeler

Updating bots to default version is available from A360.25

Searching using keyword: Bulk update to default package version across bots

Vinod
