How to raise an AAA support ticket?

 

Hi @KINGSDX1 ,

  • If you have permission for raising a support ticket then look for below tile  : Click on Access Customer Support portal 
  • Select the preferred time zone, language and remote session tool and click save. Post that click on Create a Case
  • Fill the necessary details of your product information, case information and additional details. Post that you can see that case has been created

I am getting this message in AA Partner Portal - You are not authorized to access this page, kindly reach out to your Account Executive / Company Administrator to enable access.

How to get the access, any help is highly appreciated


@MrKrishnan -- that means all comms need to go through the person over the account. Do you know the lead admin for your company on AAI? They’ll need to open the ticket and they can add you as an admin for future tickets.
