While connecting my local device to control room its showing error Credential not found. Please connect to your system admin with below error.

 

Hi, check whether the username & password given in Devices settings correct or not.

I am just able to enter username but password field is not present.

Refer to below link and reset your device.

@amoladinath.sontakke  hey login into machine named “sampl”.. connect control room  then you will be able to change the credentials
