Unable to set up credentials

ok, so there is no way to resolve this “credential not set error” ?

my thoughts:

1.- Probably is a compatibility issue due Windows Home Edition isn’t in the list below:

2.-Re-Install BotAgent with admin privilegies (option All users)  and try register it again.

I Installed BotAgent with admin privileges (option All users) but still getting this credential error.

what is my CR_Username in postman?
