Hello, my colleague is facing an issue where she cannot save machine credentials after creating an account and connecting to her device. I tried to view the machine credentials in cmb and copied her credentials to the credential username box under settings, but an error message was prompted, and it could not be saved.
Afterward, I tried to use my account on her device and entered her credential username, which eventually prompted a success message. Could you please share with us the reason for the issue and your suggestion on connecting her credentials with her account? thanks a lot!!
