Unable to Run Bots

Yesterday i.e. on April 19th,2023 I was running a Taskbot, but to make some changes I had to stop the Taskbot in between. Now, I am not able to run any Taskbot. I get the error (Attached in ScreenShot) when I try to run the Taskbot or delete the device. Also, I thought deleting the bot could help me in this situation, but it didn’t.

Please help me in this matter and resolve the issue.

hi yash ,


i faced this same problem. this happen because our bot is initiated but didn’t stop or we can say it went in infinite loop. 

to solve this problem disconnect the device from automation and delete that bot  and clear your computer catch and temporary files. then connect your device again. to problem has been resolved go to activity→ progress and if no activity is shown then try a simple message box bot to check its working normally
