I am unable to login to my account also not able to forget my password because reset password link mail is not coming to my mail id.
+3Try to wait for sometime before sending another response to the SSO . Sometime It will take an hour or so but eventually you will get the link for reset password.

I too am facing the same issue
+1try to forget your password from here.. see if it works
+1Now i am unable to set credentials manually. After clicking on save changes button the username in text field was not saved.
