prevent request creator from taking action on his own request.

Hello,

let us suppose I have to Teams Employee Team has user mark , and Manager Team  has user Jone.

now when mark create request, he still can see and  open the request and take an action in the request from.

my question is how to allow only Jone to handle the request, and prevent mark.
