Not able to raise cases against my issues.


I am not able to run any A360 flow at my system. It is asking for credential every time while running any flows. and Ima able to raise any ticket for same.

hello @AjitK100808 ,

open your command prompt and write whoami command and click enter,

set the output you get in the username and your machine password as a password in the 

credential form and click save.


@AjitK100808  Please set auto login setting with your id (ad\xxxx) and password.. so, it will take every time from autologin settings


@AjitK100808 If you are not having access to raise a ticket. then you can email to apeopleopsteam@automationanywhere.com by providing your details.

Ideally they will be responding within 5 business days
