Question

Not Able to Import Bot in Community Edition Control Room.

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

Hi Team,

We downloaded Bot from Bot store and  tried to import the Bot in community edition control room.

We received the “Successfully imported” pop up message but we couldn't able to find the availability of imported Bot in Control room.

If anyone knows the solution, kindly write us.

Thanks & Regards,

Kabilan

Hi @KabilanBose ,

Majority of the BOTs on botstore package will be compatible with enterprise edition, which is nothing but it looks for a path/folder names like public or Botstore which is not available in community editon A360

can I know, which BOT you are trying to import?

@KabilanBose ,

Seems like this package is exclusive to AAE edition.

Additionally, we can get more info under ReadMe section of specific Bot to understand the pre-requisites as well.

Hope this helps!
