I’m writing to you in order to get assistance in order to identify problems with our installation of AA v11.3.4.6 LTS on Windows Server 2016 Standard v1607.

 

As of late, we’ve been experiencing serious availability issues, particularly with Control Room. Said issues range from severe latency in bot deployment to runners from, to sudden stoppages of the Services required for Control Room to function, all of them resulting in missed bot executions.

We’re aware that these issues might be related to the server in which Control Room is installed, but we’ve been so far unable to determine a cause or explanation.

 

I’ll gladly provide a list of all problems detected so far, as well as all required log files and any other information, in order to assist with solving these issues.
