I can't write into a Excel file¡¡¡¡

hello everyone,

I’m trying write in a Excel file, the bot works OK but it doesn’t write anything 🤔

Could anyone help me with this issue??

    same actions (in advanced package) and same action’s conf………….and the bot writes in my excel file 😊. I don’t understand why basic action doesn’t write 😮:

    The Excel basic package contains actions when Microsoft Excel is not available on the device that you want to use to automate Microsoft Excel-related tasks.

    Hi @pablo 2030 ,

     

    You could have used the Excel: Close action and select the Save changes when closing file check box for this.
