Please check the Bot Agent service whether is running or not

Hello,

make sure the password you fill is the password of the machine.

Open command prompt and get the machine name with domain using “whoami” command.

and the same name enter in the username field

thanks for suggesting me the way but again it didn’t work. kindly tell me what should i do?

You can do below thing 
1) Please share what is getting to you once you enter “whoami” in command prompt

2)Reinstall the Bot agent 

3)Restart the AA service
Please try this and let me know

User name should be domain\username… 

if you are unsure what was the domain.. in command prompt type whoami

place the same result in the user field
