Excel worksheet issues

Please check if Excel is installed on your system and you are using Advanced Excel Package to open xlsx file.

If this doesn’t work, please share a screenshot of error message and the action used.

I tried using excel basic still the same error

Kindly check if you have any previous Excel installation. Probably you will need re-install Excel/office. 

Involve your IT team if apply.
