Hi All, I am using Automation Anywhere community edition and am unable to open excel when using ‘excel advanced’ feature but I can open excel when using ‘excel basic’. It was working fine a day ago. Please help me with this.

did you checked that your excel desktop application is working fine.
if the application is working properly then please send the error message screenshot.
I am guessing this is the issue..no storage.. Any suggestions to solve this ? . I am trying to figure it out.
So, if you don’t have excel desktop application installed it won’t work for using excel advance. you can use excel basic or office365 actions for working with excel. But if want to work with excel advance, you can install wps office on your desktop freely.
Well, I have installed microsoft office 365 again and now everything is fine. Thanks for help!
