Error while start recording - Device: (CHTSSWL00009)

Device: (CHTSSWL00009) is either disconnected or it needs to be upgraded.

If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator.

Hi @Syed Khadeer Ahmed,

Make sure the latest bot agent is installed. If yes and still an issue, refer below steps:

  1. stop Bot Agent service
  2. delete registration.properties at below location : "C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere"
  3. start Bot Agent service
  4. go to My devices and device will be connected now
