Question

Device always in disconnected mode

Hi,

 

I have installed auto downloaded bot agent. After the installation I can see two launchers Automation Co-Pilot and Launch Automation Anywhere Bot Agent.

All the stages in below image was in green color on installation, but always device showing in disconnected mode.

 


Please help me on this.

            ​@Rajesh 6499  can you check if AA agent installation under public folder ? if not use admin account to install AA agent.

            Also check if control room is SSL certificate if yes, update SSL certificate in runner machine.
