Hello everyone,

Here is the error message :

There was a problem at line 23 This may be due to the following reason: util.Exception4xx: https:// <my instance>.my.automationanywhere.digital/cognitive/v3/files request returned error 403 {"message":"Access is denied"} Location: <bot name> (line 23) To continue, edit the bot and fix the error. Then, try again. If you continue to see this message, please contact your system administrator.

 

At line 23, I have a Process Composer : Create a Request. It works correctly on my laptop.

 

The bot runner is AARI admin. What else did I miss ?

Apparently I was missing the IQ Bot Services Role permission ! It is needed for Document Automation even if IQBot itself is not used
