I requested access to the community and have not yet received a login and password. How can I request a login and password?

Reminder: Use the “search” option as this topic has been covered previously.

Try the “Forgot password?” option on this site:

    https://community2.cloud-2.automationanywhere.digital/

    or if that doesn’t work

It's been 2 hours since I requested a password reset and I still haven't received the email with the link to reset it.

Are you using a company email address or a free email address (e.g., gmail)?

Check with your IT department to make sure they allow-list emails from the automationanywhere.com domain. See if they have pre-filtered the emails that we sent.

I am receiving emails normally from the community. I just don't receive the password reset email, neither in the corporate nor personal accounts.

Please check with your IT department. Allow-listing is different than having emails coming through from our domain. It means to stop blocking emails from our domain that they may be flagging as spam.

I have passed this thread along to engineering to check our email processes.

How do I request access to the community for a personal account (@hotmail.com or @uol.com.br)

In theory, all email addresses are available to create a personal account. If you’re not receiving emails from us from those two domains, check the spam folders, etc… If that still doesn’t work, let us know in this thread. Engineering is monitoring it now.
