Hi @Revathi.S1 

PFB steps for restarting bot agent

  1. Uninstall Bot Agent
  2. Delete files in C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere
  3. Download and install Bot Agent again
  4. Complete the Device registration instructions shown on the screen

If this didn't help you go for API option, Get Authorization token before resetting the device
