Unable to connect to Control Room

I am receiving the attached error message when trying to connect my local desktop to the aa-devx-sbx.cloud control room.

I have already followed all steps here: 

But, nothing fixed it.

Hey ​@colleen.c ,

Are you currently trying to do this on a company device where you have an existing control room and Bot agent connection?

If so, it may be the case that your Control Room is set up to use the auto registration api and that the Switch Allowed parameter is set to false.

I would recommend either trying this on a different device, ideally a personal one with no restrictions. Or/and contact your Control Room Admin and ask about this.
