I am not finding ERIC at Public Directory

I have received the credentials for the CR and can log in.

I do not have the ability to run ERIC because the public directory no show objects, evidence:

 

My botagent, Edge and Google extension are working fine.

 

I followed the steps ​@Lu.Hunnicutt described here:

    Hi. Probably I am getting something similar in my environment. I have received the credentials as well for the Control Room.

    I do not see the ERIC directory.

    You are not using the CR that was provided for the APA TC. You are on Community Edition CR.

    Hi ​@Marc Mueller, thank you for replying. Yes I am in the Community Edition CR and I haven’t received any other credentials as a part of the bootcamp. Already requested via email and hoping to get a reply soon!
