Hello everyone,

I'm getting the error "Cannot delete device, as it is part of an active bot deployment" in Automation 360 Community Edition.

Activity Tab > In Progress: There are 2 processes running.
I’m unable to delete them.

I've already done the following steps, and it doesn't allow device removal.

  1. I can’t find the Automation Service Bot Agent running in my services.
  2. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Bot Agent.
  3. Reinstall as Administrator Bot Agent.
  4. Restart the machine.
  5. Couldn’t find these files.
  • C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere\registration.properties
  • C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\AutomationAnywhere

Hi all,

I already try to delete the device by accessing via this URL https://rpademo.automationanywhere.com/deletedevice.php, however, when I input user and password, I got this error message: Please check your username, and password, then try again.

any clue what’s wrong?

Regards,

Weli

I wrote the page. If it says your username or password is incorrect... your username or password is incorrect. 😅

Remember to use your account information for your control room, not some other login.

Hi Aaron,

I already try few times, I even try to change my password to make sure the password is correct, but still have the same issue.

Still same error:

Just type the password as if we login to the control room right?

I copy the device link name here:

Anything wrong?

Regards,

Weli
