Hello,

We are setting up Automation Anywhere Enterprise version 11.3.1.2 on our local server running Windows Server 2016. However, we encounter an error when attempting to log in to the server. Despite all services running correctly, the issue persists.

Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We tried to restart the system but the elastic search service is getting paused.
