Excel advanced package open action failing

I am trying to create a bot using excel advanced actions, however bot is failing while opening the excel file i.e. in Open excel command. Below is the screenshot of error. Please help?

In 3rd action the file path may have quotation marks ("c/user/folder/path.xlsx") remove the front and back quotation marks

Apparently it is a common problem with Automation Anywhere, in this link you can see some possible causes and solutions. A solution that works well is to change the package used, but reinstalling office also helps.

Solution: Re install office 365 in your machine and reboot your system.

 

 

 

For uninstalling the office please refer this KB :
