I'm Emmanuel Katto from Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) having trouble installing and uninstalling the Bot Agent on my system. Every time I attempt to install or uninstall, I receive a "network resource unavailable" error. I also tried to remove the bot agent via the Control Panel, but the error persists.
Could someone assist me in resolving this? I’ve attached the error message for reference.

There is no error attached that I see, but I am guessing the message is something along the lines of “the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable”. This is normally a Windows Installer issue, not something specific to the Bot Agent installer.
Is this a physical/virtual machine?
What version of Windows are you attempting to uninstall on (Win 10, 11, Professional, etc.)?
Can you install/uninstall other applications without issue?
